HPV Testing Algorithms Open Mic Session-ASC MeetingBy: Jana Sullinger, MD On: Sun 11 of Sep., 2011 13:36 MDT (12327 Reads)
There will be a special opportunity at the ASC Annual Scientific Meeting in Baltimore on November 6th at 6:00 PM to discuss the first Provisional Draft Recommendations of the ASCCP, ASCP and ACS Cervical Cancer Screening and Prevention: The Role of Molecular Testing Symposium that will appear on the web in October. ASC Past Presidents and ASC member experts who either Chair a symposium committee or serve on the Steering Committee will host an informal “open mic” session to clarify questions about the recommendations and hear your comments and concerns.
Please note that given the consensus conference timeline, Working Groups will only be able to consider written responses submitted online during the October comment period for inclusion in the pre-meeting revised drafts. While working groups will NOT have sufficient time to incorporate comments made during the open mic session into the written drafts, the open mic session allows comments to be communicated to the ASC representatives to the meeting who can raise these during Symposium discussion sessions November 17-19th.
Moderator: Ronald D. Luff, MD, MPH
This session is included as a Scientific Session with your Basic Meeting Registration. Please visit the ASC Annual Scientific Meeting Web site to learn more or to register for the Meeting.
