Actually, upon further research, searches such as "Regulations for Implementing the ClIA '88: A Summary" on the www.cdc.gov/mmwr(external link) site (Morbidity & Mortality Weekly Report) brings up similar results of Gyn Cytology screening numbers/8hr/24hrs day.
Another search "Regulatory Closure of Cervical Cytology Laboratories: Recommendations" shows the formula for determining per cent errors of Gyn Cytology Pap Smears. 5% being the minimal standard.
